Grapes

80 % Syrah, 10 % Grenache, 10% Carignan

Vinification

When phenolic maturity is obtained, the full sun grapes with full bodied pulp are traditionnalu blended.  

Tasting

COLOR : Clear. A pretty garnet colot with thick tears. 

NOSE : Beautiful red fruits aromas like blackcurrants, black fruits and cherry and spices such as pepper and cloves.

MOUTH : Very supple with immediate feshness and lighness. Very pleasant, ethereal with fruit flavors with a nice developed final. 

A friendly wine for pleasure.

Wine and food

Can be served a bit chilly, µDiane red wine is marvelous with geat Provencal dishes as tapenade. "petit farcis" (meat in Provencal vegetables). or with duck cooked with olves. Also perfect with a roast pork with sge and a chicken marinated with lemon
