1 month fermentation skin and inox thank aging.
Tasting
COLOR : Clear, limpid with a prety ruby color with purple lights. The legs are flowing with beautiful lights.
NOSE : Aromatic and complec aromas of crushed red fruits and spices as coriander, cumin and pepper. Then garrigue rosemary and thyme arromas. Ligh smoky tastes appear the with a real complecity and richness.
MOUTH : Quickly freshness and then complec aromas like garrigue and fruit flavors that envelop absolutely the entire palate. The tannins are very pleasant and this wine has a very long persistent final.
A really pleasant wine with a lote of elegance a beautiful freshness and a lot of smoothness. A very silky wine.
