60 % sémillon, 20 % Clairette, 20 % Rolle

Vinification

Direct pressing and then alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.

Tasting

COLOR: Beautiful limpidity very clear yellow color with crystalline lights. Tears are flowing. Pretty yellow green with silver light colors. Very elegant.

NOSE : Quite dicreet, full of nuance and finess with grapefruit, white flowers and a little of honeycuckle aromas. Slight mint aromas in final nose.

MOUTH : Freshness, lighness, and beautiful finish with grapefruit and slight mint aromas. .

Wine and food

A wonderful wine with scaliops marinated in a passion fruit juice or with a fresh fished cod with a Thai soup.

Temperature 8 to 10°C
